FINALLY, FINALLY, thanks to Sue Anderson who answered my thread in the Help with 23 Things forum, I was able to find toolbar with "add image" button by going to my Blogger Dashboard page. I downloaded the "DoDos book" regenerated cover to my documents and then put on my www-librarylin.blogspot.com Blogger site under my "Picking through Picasa" blog.
I did play around some with other image and text generators, but since I have a lot of other library tasks I'm working on, I went back to first example and used it for my discovery exercise. Will probably return someday when I'm planning a party or need to send a funny card.
For now, hope this satisfies my #10 assignment so I can go on to #11.
